The first floor of the Villa di Corliano welcomes guests in a Period Residence, where the warmth of family hospitality joins the historical charm of the residence.
The structure has 10 refined rooms: 3 suites, 3 Superior doubles, 3 Classic doubles and 1 Classic triple.
The formula adopted is that of the Bed & Breakfast with the possibility of lunch and dinner at the adjacent Osteria dell'Ussero with a menu at a discounted price for guests of the Villa.
Suite
Elegant room with two rooms and antique furnishings, frescoed ceilings and Florentine terracotta floors. Equipped with a desk, satellite TV, a kettle with tea and coffee making facilities, a refrigerator and a private bathroom with a hairdryer, free toiletries and slippers. Portable air conditioner in summer. It accommodates up to 4 people.
Classic double
Cosy room with antique furnishings and Florentine terracotta floors. It has a desk, satellite TV and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Perfect for a relaxing stay in an old-time atmosphere.
Hosts up to 3 people.
Superior Double
Large room with antique furnishings, terracotta floors and carpets. Equipped with a desk, minibar, satellite TV, double window and private bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Ideal for those looking for comfort and charm.
It hosts up to 3 people with an extra bed on request.
Triple Classic
Spacious and elegant room with antique furnishings and Florentine terracotta floors. Equipped with desk, minibar, satellite TV and double window. Private bathroom with hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Portable air conditioner in summer.
It hosts up to 3 people, with the possibility of an additional bed on request.
Room Rates
Rates & Stay
The rates are per night, per room, with occupancy from 2 to 4 people. Each accommodation is furnished with care, with period furniture and authentic details, to ensure a relaxing stay in a historic and welcoming context.
Arrival & Departure
Arrival is expected between 15:00 and 19:00, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking. The room must be left by 10:00 am on the day set for departure.
Reservations & Guarantees
The reservation can be made by e-mail or phone, communicating the personal data and a telephone number. The management reserves the right to request a credit card valid as a guarantee or a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount.

Payment and cancellation terms
Booking & Payment
Reservations can be made by phone or email, providing your personal data, a phone number and a valid credit card number. We accept payments in cash, by bank transfer or credit card.
Payment Terms
For stays of 1 to 3 nights a deposit of one night is required; the balance will be paid at check-in.
For stays of 4 or more nights, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required; the balance (70%) will be paid at check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations communicated with a notice of at least 15 days with respect to the date of arrival do not incur any charge. If the cancellation occurs in the previous 15 days, the deposit paid will be withheld. In case of no-show, there is no refund.
